Fasting will definitely break if you take the injection

Ma'absut ) and the second volume of Fateh al-Qadir is mentioned on page 266, that
ŲابŲ ØŲŲŲØŠ ØąØŲ ØŠ اŲŲŲ ØšŲŲŲ ŲØŗŲŲ ŲØšØĒØ¨Øą اŲŲØĩŲŲ.
Meaning: "Hadrat Imam Abu Hanifah rahmatullahi alaihi is acceptable to reach him."
Therefore, if you enter the main road or enter any other place other than the main road, if you reach the brain or the stomach, then the fasting will be broken.
Therefore, none of the personal Qa'as is acceptable at all about those matters which have been directly addressed by the Qur'an and Hadith Sharif or Ijma.
